Here at Dental Solutions we understand that not all insurances cover everything. We also understand that not all Americans have dental insurance. Lastly, some insurances categorize certain procedures as COSMETIC and even add tricky waiting periods and deductibles. With Peppermint Dental Plan that changes. We provide you coverage and discount on the most commonly needed dental procedures, even those considered COSMETIC. Peppermint is a plan offered EXCLUSIVELY at Dental Solutions. Peppermint does not affect your current dental insurance but can serve to replace it in many instances. Almost all standard dental insurances cost more than Peppermint and you still have tricky waiting periods, deductibles and large co-pays. Peppermint does not replace your insurance and your insurance will be billed first. Peppermint only provides discounts on items not covered by an insurance. 70THIS PLAN IS NOT INSURANCE and is not intended to replace health insurance. This plan does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under M.G.L. c.111M and 956 CMR 5.00. This plan is not a Qualified Health Plan under the Affordable Care Act. This is not a Medicare prescription drug plan. The range of discounts will vary depending on the type of service. The plan does not pay providers directly for TIER 2 services. Plan members must pay a reduced / discounted rate for all TIER 2 services as outlined in the TIER 2 list of discounted fees. Plan members will receive a discount from Dental Solutions for TIER 2. Your participating provider is DENTAL SOLUTIONS of Rhode Island. You may cancel within the first 30 days after receipt of membership materials and receive a full refund unless a procedure or treatment is rendered, less a nominal processing fee of 5 dollars.
